There's a Special Edition Subaru Forester For Those Who Spill Too Much Bodily Fluids
Japanese Subaru fans sure are lucky. No, they’re not getting a turbocharged Forester anytime soon, but at least they’ve got this special edition made for people who tend to spill too much bodily fluids. Yup, it’s time to put those black lights away because there’s this special Forester X-Edition.
Aside from individuals who like to “get jiggy with it” inside their cars, the Forester X-Edition is also made for adventurers too. And with that, Subaru’s fitted it with water (and fluid) repellant seats and cargo hold. They’ve also swapped the cargo room lamp and rear gate lamp to LEDs, you know, to help you see in dark places better.
Outside, the Forester X-Edition shaves off all the chrome, and instead it comes with a darkened front grille and fog light cover as well as gun-metallic 18-inch wheels. Even the six-star emblem gets a dark plating too.
Oh, and if you’re wondering what’s the price to avoid having to send in your Forester for detailing each time you do the “deed” (hey, we’re talking about fishing here), it’s 33,000 yen or P 15,355 over the Premium on which this model’s based on. Not a bad deal, if you ask us.
