Mitsubishi Just Produced Its 700,000th Vehicle in the Philippines


Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) adds another milestone to its historical achievements as it celebrates its 700,000 unit production milestone. Since 1964, MMPC has been manufacturing quality vehicles, which in return helps drive the Philippine economy forward.

In a ceremony held at Sta. Rosa Plant, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation, MMPC rolled out the Mirage G4 as its 700,000th unit production.

“Mitsubishi Motors Corporation could not accomplish this achievement without steadfast commitment and considerable cooperation of the Philippines government, all our dealers, suppliers, business partners, loyal customers as well as the past and present employees,” said Takao Kato, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation’s chief executive officer. “We are committed to continue to grow and expand our business in the Philippines, and are geared towards further development of manufacturing technologies of our plant in this country.”

MMPC is committed to continuing to bring new and exciting vehicles as well as customer-oriented service designed to meet the needs of the Filipinos.
