These Are the World's Most Instagrammed Cars in 2018
Insurance company Veygo has released some interesting statistics in the past including the most desired car brand and most desired supercar. Now, they’ve come up with yet another interesting study and this time, it deals with the world’s most Instagrammed car.
You can check out their methodology, here, but in gist, they limited it to models still in production. Then, Veygo looked at the two most popular hashtags and combined them to reach the total number of hashtag mentions. They’ve also excluded certain hashtags that may have multiple meaning such as “#Golf.”
Moving on, it’s no surprise that the classic American muscle car, the Ford Mustang takes the top spot as the World’s Most Instagrammable Car while second place goes to the Honda Civic. It’s worth noting though that for the study, Veygo separated the Civic and Civic Type R; but even when combined, they still fall short of the Mustang’s 11.947 million count.
