After almost a month-long halt in dealership operations, Suzuki Philippines Inc. (SPH) has finally re-opened some of its auto stores. And to take precautionary measures that will avoid the spread of COVID-19 among its employees and customers, SPH made sure to set forth Dealership Reopening Guidelines.
The auto company takes into consideration the safety of its employees and customers, and with that introduced “New Normal” business operation guidelines with the easy to remember: S.M.A.R.T.:
- Sanitize Thoroughly
- Maintain Safe Distancing
- Adhere Strictly
- Reach People Online
- Think Positive.
Suzuki Auto PH has gone a step further though, and asked their dealerships to adjust the layout with less vehicles on display to keep the showroom from getting too crowded. Moreover, they’re now encouraging customers to reach through their respective dealerships online presence, where things such as test drive requests, appointment bookings, and even loan applications can be done without visiting the dealership. Finally, customers can now opt to have their new full-sanitized Suzuki vehicle home delivered. If they still choose to pick their vehicle up, they are encouraged to come alone for the handover ceremony.
Exercising these guidelines is a leap towards prevention against COVID-19, but aside from a physical course of action, SPH understands that thinking positively is equally essential. Suzuki Philippines urges the community to distance ourselves from negativity, stay healthy and exercise regularly, and foster positive energy amid these challenging times.
