Big-Time Fuel Price Rollback Happening This March 17

There’s a bit of good news for all motorists next week: big-time price rollback for gasoline and diesel. One brand has already implemented the rollback last Friday, March 13, but for a majority, the new prices will take effect on Tuesday, March 17.

Phoenix Petroleum was the first to drop their pump prices last Friday, March 13. Prices dropped by P 3 per liter for gasoline and P 3 per liter for diesel. However, for others such as Petron, Shell, Flying V, and SeaOil, the price drop will happen effective 6 AM on Tuesday.

This is how much you stand to save:
  • Petron – P 4 per liter for gasoline and diesel, P 4.50 for kerosene
  • Shell – P 4.25 per liter for gasoline and diesel, P 4.35 for kerosene
  • Caltex – P 2.45 per liter for gasoline and diesel, P 4.35 for kerosene (effective 12:01 AM)
  • SeaOil – P 4.25 per liter for gasoline and diesel, P 4.35 for kerosene
  • CleanFuel – P 4 per liter for gasoline and diesel
  • Flying V – P 4 per liter for gasoline and diesel, P 4.50 for kerosene
The price adjustment reflects movements in the international oil market.
